Drake Dissed By R.I.CO Collaborator Quentin Miller In New Song?

Did Quentin Miller take a jab at Drake in his new song "Potential?" Maybe. You be the judge.
"N----- gonna put on that hat and act like it wasn't me doing it / N----- stealing the swag and think they gon' get away with it," he rapped.
There's more too and later in the song Quentin seems to bring up the whole ghostwriting situation.
"How many albums that went platinum this year that don't got my name on it? I'll wait," he spit.
Through the two diss songs and all the memes, it's easy to forget that Miller was at the center of the Drake, Meek Mill conflict, and that Meek accused Drizzy of using Quentin to pen his lyrics. Later, however, the under-the-radar rapper said it wasn't true, and he only collaborated with the OVO boss and that was it.
As far as Miller's new cut "Potential," it's unclear why he would drop something that might even be interpreted as a Drake diss. Is he trying to cause controversy? Does he figure it'll be the best way to bring attention to the release?
Both scenarios are definitely possible, and even though we may never know the real reason why Miller wrote those lyrics, it's safe to assume he knew exactly what he was doing.
Plus, if he wanted to, he could have released a statement that said he wasn't dissing anyone, but he didn't do that, which is another indication that he might be using some sort of strategy.
